E-mail newsletter campaigns are an important part to a successful marketing plan. This marketing tool is used to communicate with clients; introduce new products and services; upcoming events and awards; and communicate anything your prospects might find interesting! Your CMS site already has a built-in bulk mail service to email to all your verified registered users...but if you are looking at bulk mailing over 200 users at a time , ProtoPC does offer managed email marketing services:

1. Custom built E-mail Templates
These are highly customized templates that result in high-impact campaigns. They are basically “mini websites”. Using an approved template, and provided content and images…the entire HTML e-mail is re-designed including typography, buttons, graphics, animations, revisions, etc and hand coded. There are no real limitations of this type of campaign and is usually follows your cms site look...only smaller. Of course after it is built, you can use it for all your email marketing content. And the newsletter images can be hosted on your existing ProtoPC site hosting account.

Many companies use these custom email campaigns to promote specials, success stories, new products and services, important announcements, etc. Most importantly, these emails keep your brand and offerings in front of your customers, increasing the chance of converting them significantly.

2. eMailing (Text or Html)
The Golden Rule is: Never buy email addresses from another company. Simply aquire your email list through your opt-in subscription forms with validated emails...and give those subscribers a working opt-out link. Maintain your lists and bounce processing from your ProtoPC Newsletter admin section.

No legitimate company will ever sell you a list of 'opt-in' email addresses. Anyone selling you lists of email addresses is very simply a spam outfit. Many spam outifts offer lists of 'opt-in' email addresses for sale. If you have been sold a list of email addresses which the seller promises are "opt-in", you have been conned and they may NOT be used at ProtoPC.com.

Provide your email list in csv format. (We do not sell ANY lists)

Excel Column titles should be the following:
Name (variant First Name, first_name), Last Name (variant Surname, last_name, lastname), Company, Email (variant e-mail).
Remove any Quote " marks.

Example:
First Name,Last Name,Company,Email
John,Brown,ProtoPC, This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it
